privacy is respected. We protect your shopping experience

At Lifesize Greetings we include shipping in your price
unlike other companies who bait you with a low price and
then add on shipping and other hidden charges.
Please note we can not ship any
products to a P.O. Box
How do you provide shipping so
inexpensively?
With our affiliation with Goin' Postal we can ship our
products at a fraction of the cost of the competition as
Goin' Postal is an authorized ship center for both UPS,
FedEx, as well as DHL. Visit Goin' Postal's website at
www.goinpostal.com and find a location near you. You
may also want to check out a Goin' Postal franchise
opportunity as they offer all the benefits of a UPS store
franchise, a Pak Mail franchise, or Postal Annex Franchise
without the massive initial investment.
How much is shipping to a destination
in the Continental U.S.?
Ground shipping is included in your price to reduce your
cost. Ground shipping using FedEx is usually 5-7 business
days for our custom weatherproof stand-ups in the
continental US (Hawaii & Alaska pays additional shipping).
Should you need a faster shipping option, you may choose
to upgrade your delivery on the order form to overnight or
second day delivery.
Stand-ups larger than 72" x 46" in size, or multi-piece
orders (several stand-ups headed to the same location) may
need to be shipped via FREIGHT. Freight charges are NOT
INCLUDED in the base price of the stand-up. Only FedEx
shipping is included in that price. However you can choose
the carrier of your choice and any additional cost must be
paid by the customer.
Freight carriers generally will guarantee a specific
pick-up date or a specific delivery date unlike other
shipping carriers.While we will
ship the items on time there are no guarantees that they
will not be delays in receiving your item. There will be
no refunds due to delays in shipping from our express
carriers. Keep this in mind when placing orders that are
time sensitive.
How are the stand-ups packaged?
All of our custom stand-ups are boxed and shipped flat.
They require NO ASSEMBLY when received. All that is
necessary is to stand it up and unfold the easel and
fasten three Velcro strips.
What about international shipping?
Due to the size of most of the items we sell, we normally
don't ship them overseas due to the cost. However, if you
really want to receive it overseas, we'll work up a
shipping quote for you. We can also ship items to Hawaii
and Alaska for an additional charge, as shipping to these
destinations is more expensive than shipping within the
Continental U.S. (Hawaii & Alaska pays additional
shipping).
What if I'm local?
You are welcome to place your order directly at Lifesize
Greetings or to pick up your custom Life Size Greeting
upon completion at our manufacturing facility.
How long will it take to get my custom
weatherproof stand-up?
This varies. Our average turnaround time is approximately
2 weeks, and THEN your item is shipped via ground shipping
(included in the price of your custom stand-up). However,
at busy times of the year such as from October-March, the
turnaround time can be a tad longer. If you would like to
upgrade your shipping, we will do that, but only at our
discretion.
What if my purchase is damaged when I
get it?
Our 100% Satisfaction guarantee covers all purchases for
48 hours from the date of receipt. Damages:
Should your item be damaged when you
receive it, call us IMMEDIATELY. We may ask that
you send us a photograph of the damage by your choice of
email or regular mail. Once we have determined the
problem, we will reship the item and we will place a claim
with the carrier. They may come to inspect and reclaim the
item, so it is important that you KEEP ALL PACKAGING
MATERIALS. If the shipping company damages, loses, or
doesn’t get the stand-up there on time or in one piece,
then we will replace it and will place the claim…but in
the eventuality that we can’t guarantee the
remade/replacement stand-up will arrive on the exact
initial date desired.
What Keeps My
Credit Card Safe?
At Life Size Greetings, whenever you provide any personal
information (e.g. when making a purchase) we encrypt it so
that no one can read it while it is being transmitted over
the Internet. At this time, all information (such as your
name and address) is safely stored behind a firewall. A
firewall is a set of related programs that protects your
information from users from other networks. We store this
type of information so that you do not have to re-enter it
each time you make a purchase or log in.
Is My Personal
Information Safe?
Yes, any personal information that you submit to the site
will remain safe and secure.
How Can I Be Removed From Life Size
Greetings Customer and Mailing Lists?
We will never send you any unsolicited mail of ANY kind.
